The ambiance of the facility is welcoming. The front desk lady is so polite and helpful and super welcoming! My therapist is very friendly and nice and she is an easy person to talk to! I would a thousand times recommend her!

Lifestance’s billing department is incompetent. When you call them on the phone, no one answers. Took an employee in the billing department over a month to reply to my online message. They post charges to your account without uploading statements explaining the charge. I called Daneka RCM Coordinator and left a message a week ago. Still no reply.
