Showed up for my first appointment 15 mins early as required. No receptionist. Just a sign in the waiting room to wait for your therapist. I waited 25 mins, so 10 mins after my appointment time, and hadn’t seen or heard anyone. Not sure if the provider was even there. Left without receiving care. Total waste of time and effort after filling out many forms and uploading documents for the appointment.
The ambiance of the facility is welcoming. The front desk lady is so polite and helpful and super welcoming! My therapist is very friendly and nice and she is an easy person to talk to! I would a thousand times recommend her!
Priscilla Joseph is a breath of fresh air! She listens and gives relatable experiences and has really been a catalyst on my healing journey. I would recommend her a thousand times!
My therapist was very welcoming, honest and direct. She didn't treat me with preconceived theories and assumptions. She was easy to talk to and helped me feel better.
Lifestance’s billing department is incompetent. When you call them on the phone, no one answers. Took an employee in the billing department over a month to reply to my online message. They post charges to your account without uploading statements explaining the charge. I called Daneka RCM Coordinator and left a message a week ago. Still no reply.
