Impossible to get a manager to call you back. Usually all phone calls go to a national line or on hold music forever. Managers are never on site at DT Naperville office. Left messages on Monday morning. Confirmed by Monday late afternoon that someone will call me back. Nothing yet as off Wednesday 2pm.

Lifestance’s billing department is incompetent. When you call them on the phone, no one answers. Took an employee in the billing department over a month to reply to my online message. They post charges to your account without uploading statements explaining the charge. I called Daneka RCM Coordinator and left a message a week ago. Still no reply.
