If I could give negative stars I would. So many things went wrong. Provider cancelled an in person appointment 15 minutes before the start time. I was already in the building. I was VERY clear that I only wanted in person appointments and all of our follow-on appointments after our second appointment was canceled, we're scheduled only virtually. I would not recommend this place for transgender individuals. I was repeatedly and unnecessarily called ma’am/miss by staff—so much so it felt purposefully disrespectful. I was deadnamed during instances that did not require my name whatsoever, nonetheless my legal one. I am very upfront about being a trans man yet the way I was addressed was extremely unprofessional and demeaning.

I highly recommend LifeStance. I have seen three separate therapists one for medication maintenance that I see now who is absolutely amazing and two I have seen for therapy. They have both been absolutely amazing as well.

It was easy to get an appointment and so grateful that no triggering questionnaires before the meeting. I also enjoy that I can do telehealth. I see Diana Stewart and she has excellent skills.
