If I could give negative stars I would. So many things went wrong. Provider cancelled an in person appointment 15 minutes before the start time. I was already in the building. I was VERY clear that I only wanted in person appointments and all of our follow-on appointments after our second appointment was canceled, we're scheduled only virtually. My wife and I were 2 minutes past our appointment and the providers refused to take our call when we had a 45 minute appointment. They instead would rather charge $100 no-show fee rather than work with patients or even speak for the remainder of our scheduled time block. Would strongly recommend finding another provider willing to provide therapy. Very unprofessional and not accommodating. Company instills stress and anxiety. Good luck. This is my first google review to help new patients looking for treatment.

It was easy to get an appointment and so grateful that no triggering questionnaires before the meeting. I also enjoy that I can do telehealth. I see Diana Stewart and she has excellent skills.

My sessions are done online via Zoom. But recently, I visited the office and it was even more appealing for me to come back again. But the Zoom sessions are more convenient and less expensive.
