My wife and I were 2 minutes past our appointment and the providers refused to take our call when we had a 45 minute appointment. They instead would rather charge $100 no-show fee rather than work with patients or even speak for the remainder of our scheduled time block. Would strongly recommend finding another provider willing to provide therapy. Very unprofessional and not accommodating. Company instills stress and anxiety. Good luck. This is my first google review to help new patients looking for treatment.

My sessions are done online via Zoom. But recently, I visited the office and it was even more appealing for me to come back again. But the Zoom sessions are more convenient and less expensive.
I had a great experience with LifeStance. My therapist was very relatable, down to earth and easy to communicate with. Even the receptionist handled my only issue very quickly and that started my experience off great.
Had to switch to LifeStance for booking and Telehealth b/c my therapist was switching and I’d follow her anywhere. Once my therapist was truly “live” on the website for booking, everything has been smooth sailing.
