Had to switch to LifeStance for booking and Telehealth b/c my therapist was switching and I’d follow her anywhere. Once my therapist was truly “live” on the website for booking, everything has been smooth sailing. It was trying to pre-book and get my ducks in a row ahead of time that was the issue- my therapist was in contact with a specific individual who gave her specific instructions on what her clients should do if they wanted to follow her to LifeStance to continue seeing her. Embezzlement central!! I was a client from oct ‘23 to aug 24’. my therapist was wonderful, however i kept getting charges for hundreds of dollars at a time. my co-pay was $20. I paid off all of the balances after my last session. I just got an email saying i owe $135. I requested an itemized bill, It is so disorganized it is going to take me hours to figure that out. Excuse you?? I will absolutely be taking this to court.

I had a great experience for my first visit. I found Dr.Elizabeth Ssemanda to be knowledgeable, patient and attentive. She put me at ease and was very easy to talk to and i felt as though she was being very thorough in her clinical assessment . My expectations were exceeded. Thank you!

I have scheduled two appointments so far but I was never sent the disclosure forms to fill out and sign. Both appointments needed to be rescheduled. I had to call to get the forms and then filled them out in less than a hour. However, this resulted in a loss of 10 days in trying to start working on my issues.
