I have had a really good experience with my therapist Dr. Carl. I have met with him a few times now and we have had some really good sessions. He is passionate about his job, and equipped with alot of experience and knowledge. I look forward seeing him instead of being terrified. The first in person session I had I was shaking waking to go back. He was able to calm me down without even trying. I definitely recommend this place and this therapist!
Absolutely amazing experience. First time I've felt heard and truly taken care of by a psychiatrist in many years. Short sweet and too the point. Didn't have to try out various medications before getting what I needed. Would highly recommend!
The building is beautifully designed, the office is very tranquil. The front desk person very friendly and approachable. The doctor I saw (Dr. Dolma) was phenomenal and easy to talk to. Make sure you arrive for appointments early though*, parking was a little confusing for me to navigate the first time (And rather full). * I ended up arriving a couple of minutes late due to the parking lot being full and was very graciously accommodated. First visit. Setup was confusing but when is it not. Dr. Tsering Dolma was great she listened to me and understood my crazy. I think she is a great fit from for me. I look forward to our next appointments. I gave 4 because I think I annoyed the receptionist because she hung up or we got disconnected but no return call back. I would recommend.
I tried to make an appointment for my 10 year old who has extreme social anxiety. When I said it's important to me to meet with the therapist first to ensure that it's a good fit before bringing my son in, they said they don't do consultations. I said I wasn't asking for a consultation and that I would pay for the service. I won't take my child out of school and subject him to unnecessary social situations if it's not a good fit.
