I am currently seeing Katy McCarthy for therapy and Faith Hicks for psychiatry services. My providers are absolutely extraordinary. Both of them make me feel comfortable and understood. I am so grateful for the help I've received from Faith. She has helped me through a lot of issues, including the unexpected death of my Mom. I have fought with depression for years. I didn't want to take medication for it though. Faith didn't push me to take anything, which I appreciate. She was patient and very caring so I an very comfortable with her. It’s refreshing to find a place where I can get in, get a dignosis and start care so quickly. She knew on Day1 what needed to be done to move forward. Faith is phenomenal. She is supportive, empathetic and concerned, which makes me feel heard, understood and supported. I can't thank God enough for putting her in my life at a time when I needed someone to be there for me and help me figure out how to deal with the many uncontrollable issues going on in my life. The other staff I have dealt with are helpful and friendly.
Billing a disabled Medicare patient $500 for a medication management session that led to 0 prescriptions being written and being ghosted and then sending him newsletters about how harmful financial stress can be is DIABOLICAL. I'm honestly impressed, you guys should work in the federal government.
