Very disappointed and turned off from seeking therapy - I told Heidi I was on OVERLOAD, and found the 30-page workbook she gave to me to figure out how to feel better to be more stress and ridiculous! To think this made sense is NON SENSE!!! Giving me more to do was Too MUCH!! Insane that you charge me what you did for useless sessions!
