UPDATE: Don't be fooled by the response from the company. I reached out to them directly with my concerns and after more than a week I still have not heard from anyone. Meanwhile, I went on the portal last week to request some medical files (my daughters' therapist left - NO SURPRISE - so we will no longer be dealing with these people) and my request for the files was completed within 24 hours.
