I’ve been a patient with LifeStance Health for about three months now, and my experience has been excellent. Scheduling my first appointment was incredibly easy, and I was matched with a therapist who has been a perfect fit for me. The receptionist is always friendly and welcoming. I truly feel supported and cared for every time I visit.
I continue to have thoughtful interactions with my therapist. I have discovered how to respond to negative behaviors instituted by others. Overall, I feel that counseling assita me in reorganizing my thoughts to achieve increased positive communication with others.
Even though it was my first visit, I felt welcomed. My therapist allowed me to unload all of my pain. I am looking forward to solutions, ways to improve my wellbeing.
The doctors and med doc great understanding. Your phone system really really sucks even when given a direct line you get the pick a #. I spent 2 hours going round and round when it took me back to step 1 I hung up it was actually 1hr 47 mins according to my phone. I hope and pray they resolve this hellish system soon.
We had an appointment setup for 6pm, it was cancelled behind our backs with no notice and now because it's after business hours there is no way to seek help. This is crazy and leaves a pretty bad taste in my mouth. It's a terrible first impression.
