I had a positive new patient appt and felt I good report with Jennifer. I was very pleased with how the booking process worked, however it would be advantageous to have them give the direct phone number for the specific therapy office .
I received a referral from my primary care physician. I actually went by the office. I spoke with the very nice receptionist, gave her a few details. She called me back with a potential therapist and I set up an appointment. The receptionist sent me a link to provide my information. I did that without any trouble. The receptionist told me if I had any trouble, she would help me if I had any problems with the link All went very smoothly
Our family had a great experience with LifeStance in Johnson City, TN. I had been discussing the potential autism diagnosis with my daughters pediatricians since she was 18 months old. Booking an appointment was easy. The registration was done online also, rather than having to complete a packet of paperwork before the appointment. Overall, very easy and convenient process.
Tried to get in for a first/intake appointment. Had one appointment rescheduled 3 weeks ago due to the provider needing to leave early, which was fine other than it being very last minute and I need to request off with my employer to be off 3 weeks in advance. A bit annoying but things happen so I rescheduled the appointment to today (Oct 3, 2024) and they somehow "lost" or "deleted" my appointment without telling me or without any explanation.
