Our family had a great experience with LifeStance in Johnson City, TN. I had been discussing the potential autism diagnosis with my daughters pediatricians since she was 18 months old. Our family had a couple moves, one of which knocked us out of her first appointment with a different facility because we moved states. As many know these appointments have lengthy waitlists. Rozalyn is the only person I’ve had contact with at LifeStance, but she’s been wonderful. I’m learning to manage my ADHD by taking care of my “avatar,” and she’s helped tremendously. Definitely recommend their services.
This is the first place literally since I was a juvenile to ask for my records. To care enough to figure me out and they listen and they do not judge 5 stars especially for Jascinta alone. When I hear "this is Jascinta how may I help you" I feel at ease knowing someone that truly cares is answering. I'm really excited to begin my mental health recovery here ❤️
Tried to get in for a first/intake appointment. Had one appointment rescheduled 3 weeks ago due to the provider needing to leave early, which was fine other than it being very last minute and I need to request off with my employer to be off 3 weeks in advance. A bit annoying but things happen so I rescheduled the appointment to today (Oct 3, 2024) and they somehow "lost" or "deleted" my appointment without telling me or without any explanation. I’ve had such a great experience with therapist Sarah McCray. She has made a worlds difference in my life. I’m also very thankful for my psychiatrist Barbara Libby Burns. I definitely would recommend Lifestance and their staff!
