My therapist, David Sapps, is amazing. My issue is getting a log-in for the Zoom sessions without being asked to pay $100 for a session that never happened due to flooding in the office on Parkside, and the Kingston PK address mapping back to Parkside location with three available mapping app options. I have suicidal ideations. From depression and chronic illnesses. The 22-24 migraines a month dont help these things. Jennifer Maxson is my therapist here. She’s AMAZING!! She’s been working with me for about 18 months. Excellent at working within my physical limitations. I can’t speak highly enough about her! I hope anyone that gets a therapist gets a “Jennifer” that fits their needs! I still have lots and lots of work to do. But I’m no longer facing it alone. My husband and I have been seeing Matthew Tibbs since Dec now for marriage counseling. We started off every couple weeks and our communication has progressed so much. He is a very good listener and has wonderful resources to use for communication.
I received a referral from my primary care physician. I actually went by the office. I spoke with the very nice receptionist, gave her a few details. She called me back with a potential therapist and I set up an appointment. The receptionist sent me a link to provide my information. I did that without any trouble. The receptionist told me if I had any trouble, she would help me if I had any problems with the link All went very smoothly
Great therapy place, love the people and it’s been an easy process getting booked in.
