If you’re looking for a therapist who genuinely cares about you and makes you feel heard and validated you need to book a session with Kimberly Walker. I cannot recommend her enough. She is genuinely an amazing therapist/person and gave me so much confidence through some of the hardest times. So grateful for her and LifeStance!!
The office was incredibly helpful with booking an appointment. I have a schedule that’s difficult to work around (M-F 8a-5p), but the woman in the office was DETERMINED to help me find an appointment and get the the care I needed. She showed the highest level of customer service I’ve ever experienced when scheduling any sort of appointment ever.
They make things so easy for you and I really appreciate that. Everyone I've spoken to, whether they've been a part of my care team, or answering the phone when I call the office, has been extremely helpful and kind.
Always have no issues with booking or making appointments,and all the licensed therapists are amazing! The only issue I've ever had was at the lonas drive location with the people at the front desk my last day I was there to see my therapist before switching offices. They didn't greet me and have me come over to the desk and I had filled out the card. Everyone else who came in after me a guy told them that they could just take them over there and they didn't have to fill them out. I found that super rude and made me feel lik... read more
Not great unless I book directly with my provider! Everybody I've spoken to on the phone to try and book an appointment or reschedule has been nothing short of a disaster, extremely convoluted and riddled with incompetence. I usually have to contact the provider directly to get an appointment!
