If you’re looking for a therapist who genuinely cares about you and makes you feel heard and validated you need to book a session with Kimberly Walker. I cannot recommend her enough. She is genuinely an amazing therapist/person and gave me so much confidence through some of the hardest times. So grateful for her and LifeStance!!
The office was incredibly helpful with booking an appointment. I have a schedule that’s difficult to work around (M-F 8a-5p), but the woman in the office was DETERMINED to help me find an appointment and get the the care I needed. She showed the highest level of customer service I’ve ever experienced when scheduling any sort of appointment ever.
They make things so easy for you and I really appreciate that. Everyone I've spoken to, whether they've been a part of my care team, or answering the phone when I call the office, has been extremely helpful and kind.
Always have no issues with booking or making appointments,and all the licensed therapists are amazing! The only issue I've ever had was at the lonas drive location with the people at the front desk my last day I was there to see my therapist before switching offices. They didn't greet me and have me come over to the desk and I had filled out the card. Do not recommend. My husband and I were traveling back from France and we desperately needed an appointment because the medication he was put on in France wasn’t available in the US. LifeStance contacted us to confirm they appointment. We confirmed and emailed them the paperwork (which didn’t go through to the email provided). We were counting on this appointment and the doctor did not show up. This obviously is not a good look for an office that deals with patients going through mental health issues.
