I was once again charged for services that I was not supposed to be charged for. I have explained on several occasions that my insurance deductible and out of pocket amounts have been reached and even had this confirmed by my insurance. Yet you continue to charge my debit card and now I have to jump through hoops to get my money back that you took from me illegally. This is absolutely unacceptable
