Monika is a wonderful provider. She listens to me and uses a shared decision-making approach with my care, which is something I haven't had very often when addressing my mental wellness.
They charged me $40 for 30 minutes it's insane. I haven't gone back because I didn't click with the therapist and I now have a $17 charge on my account. Yet no one answers the phone to answer my billing question s, very convenient for them and scummy. Edit: Apparently my insurance didn't cover the rest so I ended up paying $60 for 30min. This place is awful and they overcharge. They charged my health insurance and me $290 in total for 30 minutes absolutely ridiculous for a therapist who couldn't have been more mediocre. I was happy with my experience in my first visit and I hope I can keep her as my Therapist. It was worthwhile session.
Suzanne is amazing. Meeting my therapist with LifeStance has been changing my life with each visit. Helping me navigate this world with the tools I thought I lost or never had. Therapy is must have tool if you need help finding yourself and your purpose.
My psychiatrist is a dream. She’s competent and compassionate at every appointment. I can’t thank her enough for her treatment during this time of unrest.
