Suzanne is amazing. Meeting my therapist with LifeStance has been changing my life with each visit. Helping me navigate this world with the tools I thought I lost or never had. Therapy is must have tool if you need help finding yourself and your purpose.
They charged me $40 for 30 minutes it's insane. I haven't gone back because I didn't click with the therapist and I now have a $17 charge on my account. Yet no one answers the phone to answer my billing question s, very convenient for them and scummy. Edit: Apparently my insurance didn't cover the rest so I ended up paying $60 for 30min. This place is awful and they overcharge. They charged my health insurance and me $290 in total for 30 minutes absolutely ridiculous for a therapist who couldn't have been more mediocre. My psychiatrist is a dream. She’s competent and compassionate at every appointment. I can’t thank her enough for her treatment during this time of unrest.
Lifestance: A Very Bad Experience. Lifestance may work for some, but for those with a mental health diagnosis, it was a nightmare. Psychiatric provider cut his meds after only speaking with him initially for 15 minutes. Initial intake session was 25 minutes. Worst part of Lifestance is communication with providers. They do not answer promptly, and only do it via the portal in written format. We needed to have a sooner appointment than one month, because of a crisis, and that was never even addressed by them.
