Therapists are knowledgeable, have more openings/ accessibility, really willing to go with the extra step to help you, and always ready to listen before just suddenly labeling; to really dig deeper beyond the questionnaire forms before diagnosing. and they feel very trustworthy, which just bridges safety, confidentiality, trust and easier communication to be able to share more private things. Suzanne is amazing. Working together to get tools to accomplish my goals. Office is clean and organized. Parking is easy and check in seamless. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for therapy place.
The repeat confirming of appointments is very annoying. Even when confirmed the email link does not come to my email on my computer. It goes to my phone which is not set up for zoom.
I had an awful experience with Lifestance health. They have tried to charge me for things that I did not do and they changed my appointment from in person to virtual TWO DAYS before the appointment after waiting for this inperson appointment for TWO MONTHS. Extremely unprofessional.
Monika is a wonderful provider. She listens to me and uses a shared decision-making approach with my care, which is something I haven't had very often when addressing my mental wellness.
