An absolute mess of a place. Too many departments for their own good. My 5 year old has been trying to be seen for a recent trauma for over a month now. The first appointment the doctor had kids running around in the background being loud and obnoxious, causing my son to not want to discuss anything. Did my first intake visit went well. Made a second appointment Which I was counting on due to a death in the family. Psychiatrist rescheduled last minute. I missed an appointment due to grieving. Made a third appointment just to find out In order to be seen, I needed to pay A fee for previous appointment Along with what they didn’t charge my insurance company. I called their Columbia office and was transferred to someone to discuss rescheduling or requesting a change in my prescription. From the moment this person picked up, they spoke down to me and treated me with such blatant disrespect that I had to hang up. I rarely write reviews, but this interaction was so infuriating I felt I had to say something. Very accomadating and offering assistance as needed. Your receptionist should be recognized as well. She has awesome customer service and is always willing to go the extra mile when working with each of clients.
