Care providers themselves seem decent. It’s abundantly clear however that this place is run without a care in the world for the actual patient and only their bottom line. I understand healthcare is a business but when you feel like your wellbeing is second to their profits, it’s difficult to feel comfortable.

Lifestance is too inept to know how to handle EAP benefits. I found them through the Optum participating providers directory, so they should have some process to follow, but apparently they don't. The billing department has not responded to a single message I have sent, I have spent hours on hold (currently on hold as I write this), and thought my problems were going to get fixed after finally speaking with someone a month ago. Absolutely the very worst experience ever and the doctor should loose her license. STACEY MALLARE. If you get a appointment with her, avoid it. We got scheduled on a Saturday, all the doors were locked and no one answered us knocking for over 20 minutes. Stacey eventually came to the door and asked if we had an appointment. We told her yes and with her. She laughed and stated she didn't hear the door. She then asked us to sit in the waiting room and she went into the back. They are super scammy, they are trying to charge me twice for one appointment and over $200 for a second, 5 minute appointment despite that fact they say they take my insurance.

Very helpful with everything. Can't figure out how to make appointments online. More comfortable making on phone.
