Therapist, Terrance Wright, was my therapist for several months before I got sick and ended up in a coma and hospitalized for 3 months. I spoke with him for the first time after discharge and it was very emotional for me to talk about my experience. All I wanted was for him to listen and talk about ideas to help me move forward. I love my therapist she’s the best ❤️ but my issue is when you walk in the young lady with blonde hair at the front desk she seems very annoyed you try to talk and she opens and then closes the glass as if she doesn’t want to talk she does not smile at all I asked for coffee I got told there weren’t any sugar but usually she’s goes to the back and gets it she needs to work on her communications skills she’s need to make people feel more welcomed

LifeStance has been so easy to work with! The first time I called to get my initial appointments, they set me up with two great providers and I got in within a week! They’re so professional and helpful, from the receptionist’s to the medical providers! 10/10 recommend!

very easy set up experience. great therapist and a lot to choose from. I did call in and talk to someone when registering, because I did not know exactly what I wanted.

Ms. Kerrie was professional and compassionate. She took the time to share her background and to review what past therapeutic work has been done thusfar.
