It would great to be able to actually get a hold of someone to get a claim reprocessed from January and not be charged a late fee as well. Uploaded new insurance details but there was a system error. Talked to a representative and still it reprocessed. Services from my provider are wonderful!! Three lunch breaks on a half hour on hold with no response
