A long series of online questions etc for registration.then the new therapist asked the same questions i answered online.what a waste of time.isnt there a reason a person is going to this?also my session started late and ended early.but charged for tge full hour.not very honorable. Not a good first time experience.
From the moment I arrived, I had no trouble finding the office, and I was greeted with a warm smile and welcoming hospitality. Even though I was a few minutes late, the staff was understanding and provided clear, helpful instructions. The waiting room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable—perfect for easing any first-visit nerves. Throughout the entire experience, the staff remained professional, friendly, and attentive. I couldn’t recommend them more, especially if it’s your first visit.
This office is a safe, clean, welcoming space. My therapist truly listens and helps me work through things in a real, practical way. I always leave feeling lighter and more grounded.
A lot electronics changes every week and makes it something to figure out about how to get online to have the session and more and more forms to read and rather annoying and unnecessary in terms of my relationship with my therapist. I really enjoyed talking to her. I think she’s very attentive.
