I had a very disappointing experience with this office. The level of professionalism was far below expectations, and the reliability of the therapists was concerning. Some of the therapists were not trained well and were extremely unprofessional, seemed ill-equipped to effectively communicate with my daughter about her issues. My daughter was repeatedly switched from one therapist to another, as none of them could accommodate her after-school hours (post-3pm). Dr Treasure Santos is 😍 amazing, just like all the staff at Life stance Health. She goes out of her way to make me comfortable at all times. We need more psychiatrists like her, who take insurance plans!! She is a very gifted person!
