My wife and I have seen Laura Young, with LifeStance in Lawrence, for nearly a year now. Laura is an excellent listener and very adept at medication management. Allison, receptionist at the front desk, has always provided excellent customer service and timely responses. We highly recommend these two professionals to you.
My daughter had an appt today and was 5 min late. She was told she would be put on a call list sometime in Oct. I can see them sticking to the allotted time and not varying, but canceling her appt and putting her off two months is the least caring thing I have heard of in a long time.
Angela Dossett PMHNP is absolutely wonderful at what she does. I am so grateful to have found her. She has helped me to navigate my ADHD later in life after struggling for years. I've gone from barely getting by to thriving in every aspect of my life since starting with her. Truly grateful!
Well let’s see your billing office can never contact me or explain why the codes aren’t being billed to my insurance right so your trying to leave me with a grand debt when the ins company specifically stated it’s not being billed as mental health. Your billing it as if I’m going to a primary doctor. You do not care about your patients you wanna charge over 300 for a 5 minute telehealth appointment and I feel even worse because I’m Not being heard
I was very nervous to establish new care with a new doctor bc it can be so hit or miss but Dr Johnson made the whole thing very comfortable and easy. The whole staff was amazing.
