Don't waste your time. The provider I saw was great, however, she quit unexpectedly two weeks after my initial appointment (apparently this is common with LifeStance). Additionally, Lifestance didn't initially submit a claim to my insurance and tried to charge me in full for my visit. I sent them a message regarding the billing issue and it appears they have since submitted a claim, however, no one has communicated with me about this.
I was treated with care and dignity. Laura changed my meds and the results were quick and much appreciated. Thanks, Laura.
My therapist really understands my situation. She’ kind , compassionate and very honest. She tells it like it is which I appreciate.
