The support staff has always been very pleasant and helpful. My med dr listens and allows me to be part of my treatment plan and is very undwrwtanding. This is the best care i have received in mental health treatment hands down. I am very glad to have found them and know I will have my mental health needs met for a long time to come. Thank you.

I love the flexibility of LifeStance Health. Today was a VERY snowy day and I was able to change my in-person appointment with Leigh Jordan to a Zoom call (“tele-health”) appointment just an hour beforehand. This saved me from the risk of endangering myself or my vehicle. On TOP of that, Leigh Jordan is EXCELLENT! My wife and I have seen Laura Young, with LifeStance in Lawrence, for nearly a year now. Laura is an excellent listener and very adept at medication management. Allison, receptionist at the front desk, has always provided excellent customer service and timely responses. We highly recommend these two professionals to you.

Wow, I've never been here but reading the reviews made me decide not to reach out to them. They sound absolutely horrible to deal with if you're already struggling mentally. The last thing we need is more people saying they care when they don't.

My daughter had an appt today and was 5 min late. She was told she would be put on a call list sometime in Oct. I can see them sticking to the allotted time and not varying, but canceling her appt and putting her off two months is the least caring thing I have heard of in a long time.
