My wife and I have seen Laura Young, with LifeStance in Lawrence, for nearly a year now. Laura is an excellent listener and very adept at medication management. Allison, receptionist at the front desk, has always provided excellent customer service and timely responses. We highly recommend these two professionals to you.
I was very nervous to establish new care with a new doctor bc it can be so hit or miss but Dr Johnson made the whole thing very comfortable and easy. The whole staff was amazing.
My daughter had an appt today and was 5 min late. She was told she would be put on a call list sometime in Oct. I can see them sticking to the allotted time and not varying, but canceling her appt and putting her off two months is the least caring thing I have heard of in a long time.
Dr Dossett is the best! She’s so knowledgeable, genuine and thoughtful. She has helped me so much in the short time I’ve been seeing her! Highly recommend!
Awful treatment!!! Issues all the way around from billing, (explained I had an EAP which covered the sessions I had yet they still build my insurance and me for our all visits and then never would address that I sent them the EAP information and continued to bill me and then try to charge my card on file which I had to freeze to stop the payment, Therapist was very unprofessional and would not return to this facility Even as a last resort, I have tried many times to handle the issue with life stance OFFICE in Lawrence, Kan... read more
