Don't waste your time. The provider I saw was great, however, she quit unexpectedly two weeks after my initial appointment (apparently this is common with LifeStance). Additionally, Lifestance didn't initially submit a claim to my insurance and tried to charge me in full for my visit. I sent them a message regarding the billing issue and it appears they have since submitted a claim, however, no one has communicated with me about this.

Laura Young is amazing. She is patient, a great listener and understanding. Very knowledgeable. She made me feel very comfortable, even when I was emotional.

I’ve been seeing NP Laura Young for almost a year now. She’s been amazing in helping me find the right meds and making sure they’re working for me. She understands that your moods can be affected by outside events. If you’re doing a check in with her and horrible things have happened she’s there to listen and doesn’t try to up your meds. She asks to do another check in because she understands that you may not need a med increase just time to process. Them reevaluate how you’re doing. 10/10 would recommend

Love going to Laura Young!! I've been seeing her for about a year and I couldn't ask for a better support with my med management. Never any judgement, just truly wants to help!

It was pretty quick and simple to book an appointment online and to fill out all of the forms. My first appointment was a virtual appointment, which I'm not usually a fan of, but it went great!
