Impossible to access information. They need their own app. It’s impossible to reschedule or cancel an appointment so I end up getting $100 charges

Tamela was great, it felt like I knew her already. I was very comfortable and was even at work taking my lunch during my appointment and she waited for me. Great first impression and I’m so glad I chose her.

I wanted to do a review on this company because I like them better than grow therapy. with growth therapy, I went through many therapists. it was ridiculous on the amount of lack care they had with their therapist. I met my first counselor or therapist through here. I was actually amazed by how much she listened to me and understood what I was saying. I don't like Kaiser. I don't trust Kaiser. The virtual appointment was easy, very accessible. The provider was attentive and amazing and really made me feel heard and understood. Will definitely be keeping all of my appointments and continuing therapy.

Easy getting to see a psychiatrist and a therapist for myself via telemedicine. And my insurance company covers it!
