I’ve worked with a few different psychiatrists and never felt like I was properly treated. I started working with LifeStance, and the staff here was very attentive and listened to my concerns. Together, we were able to get me on a proper regime that has helped reduce my symptoms. Pete Duarte has been amazing to work with!
My first visit was with Helen and I was a little nervous. She was friendly, plesant, and very easy to talk to. We had a lovely conversation and I'm so grateful for the help she gave me.
The app is s little difficult to set-up. I did it then it said I didn't and I was unable to bill out of forms that were required before my session. But other than that, it was very easy to use.
I was able to find a therapist and book an appointment 2 days after I started the search. I found her very friendly and attentive. And even though it was the first session, I can't wait for my second session.
MD was what I asked for when I first scheduled an appointment, however he told me he was leaving the company. This means starting over again explaining my history to another MD.
