Therapists have been great, worthy of 5 stars in my experience. The LifeStance service I’m reluctant to give any more than 2 stars, I can’t not account for great therapist. LIfestance systems are cumbersome, notifications are overly redundant, I’ve had links to sessions that didn’t go anywhere and check in forms that I’ve had to fill out twice with the same questions the same day. Great service. Quick efficient easy to use. Love Tamala Dunn. She’s insightful helpful and makes me feel comfortable and at ease.
Impossible to access information. They need their own app. It’s impossible to reschedule or cancel an appointment so I end up getting $100 charges
My experience is always great. Ms Helen Mettu is very knowledgeable and very accommodating. Great service! Definitely recommend.
I have just started. I appreciate that both psychiatrist and therapist prefer to use holistic methods rather than wanting to stuff meds down your throat.
