I was able to find a therapist and book an appointment 2 days after I started the search. I found her very friendly and attentive. And even though it was the first session, I can't wait for my second session.

Therapists have been great, worthy of 5 stars in my experience. The LifeStance service I’m reluctant to give any more than 2 stars, I can’t not account for great therapist. LIfestance systems are cumbersome, notifications are overly redundant, I’ve had links to sessions that didn’t go anywhere and check in forms that I’ve had to fill out twice with the same questions the same day. MD was what I asked for when I first scheduled an appointment, however he told me he was leaving the company. This means starting over again explaining my history to another MD.

Impossible to access information. They need their own app. It’s impossible to reschedule or cancel an appointment so I end up getting $100 charges
