I was a patient of Dr. Dongre's for about 3 yrs. He is a good doctor but at the beginning of the year I lost my job and my insurance and I told him that unfortunately I couldn't afford appointments with him until I had insurance again. Regardless of my telling him this he would call to check on me even when I didn't have an appointment scheduled. I am happy with my Provider, however, it is extremely difficult to get through to their office through the phone number provided on the website. I have used their option to "hold my place in line" for a return call and did not receive one. The message portal works well, but I would like to be able to get in touch with the office as necessary.

Dr. Kannegenti always has a smile ! Always asks about us and family. Gets us what we need ! Very fast and efficient! Love Dr. K

I had a first time appointment with Dr. Standley. She was very thorough getting the info she needed to diagnose my needs and update my meds. She was kind but very professional. The staff is very helpful too. I had some IT issues getting online for a virtual appointment, they were great and walked me through it and sent me via email the steps in case it happened again. Overall a good outcome. Glad to be referred to Life Stance.

The place is on nice relaxing environment. Ms Jones is a caring very knowledgeable caregiver. Her visits are not rushed. There is a lot of interaction between her and the patient. I'll questions and need submit during the visit. I felt like I was cared about invalued as a person.
