Life altering! This place is totally responsible for making my daily life so much easier. I had been silently struggling for so long, but finally was diagnosed with ADD. Dr K who is my Psychiatrist, is a very caring and compassionate person. He really cares for your problems and always has solutions on issues that are not easily solved. I really appreciate Beth at the office. She truly has patience with us and handles most anything. Great person. The other office staff are very friendly and try to assist us on issues. Very complete office staff. Thank you all. If you are looking for an outstanding Psychiatrist and staff look no further.
Provider consistently late and calls back at random times. Provider sometimes fails to send meds to the pharmacy. Impossible to get ahold of anyone in this office. Prepare to be on hold for hours. They don’t respond to messages either.
I’m surprised to read a few negative reviews. I suspect that the dissatisfied reviewers are new patients who didn’t stick with their doctors long enough to form a relationship or who were paired with the wrong provider. I highly recommend Dr. Sameer Dongre, who has been my LifeStance provider for over four years. I prefer tele health visits (and find Lifestance’s new platform to be user friendly). I have been a patient at LifeStance Health for about 5-years. I couldn't be more happier with the service provided by the great staff at LifeStance. I have made "positive" progress by the treatment I have received from Dr. Kannegenti. Great Patient/Doctor interaction. The front desk staff are remarkable and go out of their way to help a patient that might be struggling.
