Dr K who is my Psychiatrist, is a very caring and compassionate person. He really cares for your problems and always has solutions on issues that are not easily solved. I really appreciate Beth at the office. She truly has patience with us and handles most anything. Great person. The other office staff are very friendly and try to assist us on issues. Very complete office staff. Thank you all. If you are looking for an outstanding Psychiatrist and staff look no further.
I have been a patient at LifeStance Health for about 5-years. I couldn't be more happier with the service provided by the great staff at LifeStance. I have made "positive" progress by the treatment I have received from Dr. Kannegenti. Great Patient/Doctor interaction. The front desk staff are remarkable and go out of their way to help a patient that might be struggling. Dr. Lang was great! She made me feel very relaxed and gave me several ideas on how to help with my anxiety. So happy with her and her amazing service.
I highly advise against LifeStance. I had 2 appointments through LifeStance while transitioning jobs and on COBRA insurance which I was assure will be covered after a quick phone call. Shortly after my appointment I got a bill from LifeStance called and attempted to clear this matter up and was told they couldn't do anything about it. I should've looked closer into this company before I made a selection.
This is a very personalized clinic Dr's. That truly care and listen, no waiting for 2hrs they are very prompt.When I changed insurance companies I was told by the insurance company that my doctor was in network. That was a lie , however I did what I had to do to pay my copay. I refuse to leave my doctor I will leave the insurance company first.
