Experience with therapist is excellent! She is kind, sensitive, and very professional while maintaining an acute awareness to my concerns. She is very good at summarizing and giving feedback. I would suggest that you not require signing in each time to confirm appointments. This is time consuming and unnecessary and very irritating.

I took my sons in for therapy sessions that were meant to be covered by my EAP insurance code. Over the course of 5 months I have been charged multiple times incorrectly, had to call multiple times, had a three way call with insurance and billing and even had my therapist involved in it trying to get incorrect charges removed. We have been working with Dr Dobner for the last year or so after losing my son’s psychiatrist due to her promotion within the company. We are extremely satisfied with Dr Dobner’s expertise, patience, and attentive listening during all of our visits. We have never experienced him being late to any of our appointments, and have always been met with a gentle, understanding and honest approach. Highly recommend!

Kelsey doubled booked and canceled appointments multiple times, I’m not sure why I have to change my appointment if there was no one else in that spot when I scheduled. Each time was with very little notice. Favoritism over clients. I came here trying to find trust in someone when I’ve been disappointed in other therapists. This just proved they’re only money hungry and don’t have much care for the psychology of their clients. She knew I payed her out of pocket and had no sympathy in manipulating my money.
