My experience was horrible. I was left in the lobby and my dr waited on 3 patients before he came too the door for another patient and said hi James. I spoke and told him that I had been waiting an hour and a half. To see him. He proceeded to the front office to ask if I had checked in and he was told that I hadn’t arrived yet. I had been there for 2 hrs at this point. And I checked in at 9:20 am. Was told by the girl that she would let the dr know I was there. Which clearly she did not. I feel safe and I feel heard without judgement. He is willing to hear my plan to healing so I can get better but gives sound advice to make sure I stay on track. It has been a very good experience.
My therapist Terri Barton I the bomb! She’s so helpful offering advice and finds support recommending websites, books, etc. She has helped me so much with my Husband’s Alzheimer’s, helping me find support & helped me get him off a medication that had turned him into a zombie. The difference was dramatic! I recommend her highly!
I’ve been seeing Dr Charles in the Snellville office for years and even before he went over to Lifestance. He is very caring and super easy to talk with. We do mostly virtual visits which is a plus. Dr Charles is always on time and always shows how much he cares in the way he really listens and does not rush through the appointment. I’ve been in the office a couple times.
