I’d give a zero if I could. I needed to cancel an appointment for a Monday and tried to reach them Friday night, Saturday and Sunday. Only their automated message answered. There was no option to leave a message so I couldn’t reach anyone until Monday morning. At the end of the week, I received a bill for $100. Upon calling to ask why I’d been charged, I was told it was for canceling last minute. Nicole Lucas was great. She listened, and addressed my concerns, while also giving me recommendations on best practices. Highly recommend. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was a billing hiccup. I've been charged my copay for each visit, but when my provider was changed, I was up charged a higher fee to get my Rx. If/when this is fixed, I will upgrade my review.

I love my therapist, but this office is an absolute mess. It’s nearly impossible to get someone on the phone, and on the rare chance that I do, I get transferred 5+ times and still end up with no answer. I’ve been waiting for a callback on a simple request and still haven’t heard anything. They make everything way harder than it needs to be, and the lack of communication is beyond frustrating. The therapists are great, but the office staff and processes seriously need improvement. Not to mention the staff is so rude!

I’ve been a patient for almost 10 months and saw Charlene. I won’t be back. I had 3 telehealth appointments scheduled in 1 week because she kept not showing up. I was charged a $25 co pay for all these appointments and was NEVER refunded nor was I apologized to. I went to the office after calling multiple times and saw Charlene in the hallway and she just ignored me. I still haven’t been contacted with regard to my reimbursement. Five stars because the woman who did my therapy session was amazing!! She was patient and kind and I would recommend this place to anyone. They also have lots of candy up front soooo….
