I switched my care to Lifestance and they are great. Ashley truly listened to me and immediately started working on getting me on the correct medication. Every staff member that I have meet has been extremely nice. I highly recommend this office.
Ms. Simpson has been professional, attentive and knowledgeable about medications. She has been so helpful and responsive to my needs. The telehealth system has been wonderful as well. I definitely recommend LifeStance!
This place CAN be great- sure. But my experience has been terrible so far. I am only giving it one star since they DID give me my medication. But the level of service is terrible. My therapist talked about politics and government my whole session and diagnosed me with disorders that were not previously discussed. Also, the billing is terrible. I got charged $457 WITH INSURANCE!! I have only had two appts. I have called lifestance and no one could help me figure out billing issues or update my problem list. I am very disappoi... read more
