This place CAN be great- sure. But my experience has been terrible so far. I am only giving it one star since they DID give me my medication. But the level of service is terrible. My therapist talked about politics and government my whole session and diagnosed me with disorders that were not previously discussed. Also, the billing is terrible. They're really amazing actually they work with you they're easygoing they're simple and you can do it anywhere you need to or go in if you need to and I love those options I love the personality of my therapist she's very upbeat friendly knowledgeable and I love the customer service reps that answer the phone they're excellent and they work with you on price too. Just want to say thank you to y'all keep up the good work keep helping people and God bless Happy holidays too

I’m currently working with two specialists in this practice. One is a Nurse Practitioner who is helping me with my prescriptions. I have been on the same medications for years, not sure how effective they are at this point. She agreed that making a change is a good idea. And that it’s better to have a psychiatric provider be the prescriber for psychiatric medication. Very positive experience. HORRIBLE!!!! I had the WORST EXPERIENCE with this place. My doctor sent me to a special kind of doctor that can prescribe the dose of controlled substance I need since a regular doctor cannot. Of course they send me a ton of paperwork and stress how important it is to fill out before the appointment and of course I did! Day of appointment- we're half way through the appointment and the doc looks at the computer (with my paperwork I filled out pulled up) and says..." Oh you're here for meds??
