Nothing says "caring" like forgetting you saw a patient a week before who was suicidal (and told you so) and letting them leave then when they do schedule a follow up you say "have i seen you before?" Life gets hectic, i understand that. Forgetting a new patient with SI is pretty careless.

Everything about LifeStance Health is professional. I was immediately at ease from the minute I walked up to the front desk and was greeted by Jen with a big smile. Any jangled nerves I might’ve been feeling were eased during my first meeting with Nancy Winston who is lovely, empathetic, and easy to talk with.

I switched my care to Lifestance and they are great. Ashley truly listened to me and immediately started working on getting me on the correct medication. Every staff member that I have meet has been extremely nice. I highly recommend this office.

I’ve been a patient for almost 10 months and saw Charlene. I won’t be back. I had 3 telehealth appointments scheduled in 1 week because she kept not showing up. I was charged a $25 co pay for all these appointments and was NEVER refunded nor was I apologized to. I went to the office after calling multiple times and saw Charlene in the hallway and she just ignored me. I still haven’t been contacted with regard to my reimbursement. Ms. Simpson has been professional, attentive and knowledgeable about medications. She has been so helpful and responsive to my needs. The telehealth system has been wonderful as well. I definitely recommend LifeStance!
