I love my therapist, but this office is an absolute mess. It’s nearly impossible to get someone on the phone, and on the rare chance that I do, I get transferred 5+ times and still end up with no answer. I’ve been waiting for a callback on a simple request and still haven’t heard anything. They make everything way harder than it needs to be, and the lack of communication is beyond frustrating. The therapists are great, but the office staff and processes seriously need improvement. Not to mention the staff is so rude!

Five stars because the woman who did my therapy session was amazing!! She was patient and kind and I would recommend this place to anyone. They also have lots of candy up front soooo….

I've has two sessions with Ms. Shannon Murray. She's been phenomenal. She listens and asks questions that has made me think a little deeper and her patience is unmatched.

I switched my care to Lifestance and they are great. Ashley truly listened to me and immediately started working on getting me on the correct medication. Every staff member that I have meet has been extremely nice. I highly recommend this office.

I’ve been a patient for almost 10 months and saw Charlene. I won’t be back. I had 3 telehealth appointments scheduled in 1 week because she kept not showing up. I was charged a $25 co pay for all these appointments and was NEVER refunded nor was I apologized to. I went to the office after calling multiple times and saw Charlene in the hallway and she just ignored me. I still haven’t been contacted with regard to my reimbursement. They have a strict policy with patient not showing, charging $100+ for no shows but the service ... read more
