Facility is clean and welcoming. Lilly our instructor was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to share her personal experiences and tips. I have been a nurse for over 10 years and CPR classes can often be draining and repetitive but Lilly made the class fun and I even learned a couple of things this time which was great! I feel MORE confident performing life saving measures on infants which in the past I was always nervous about doing. We got our cards the same day! Update: they did make it right and processed our refund. I appreciate the effort, and after hearing from them, if you are local to puyallup I’m sure you’ll enjoy your experience! Very poor customer service and scheduling. My wife signed up for a class, we would be coming from hours away but it was the soonest possible cpr class for a new job she’s taking. The company postponed the class to a date that was after when she needed the certification. Even tho the company was the one that rescheduled, they would not refund. Again... read more
I was confirmed for a ACLS/BLS renewal class for several weeks; 2 days before the class I was informed that the class was cancelled bc when they scheduled it they forgot about the Easter holiday. I received zero communication leading up to this, meaning I had no lead time to set up another training before my credentials expire. Do not recommend.
Fantastic way to renew your BLS/CPR. The instruction portion is delivered online through American Heart Association. Then you schedule a time to do the application/skills demo. Bring in your course completion certificate and a trained instructor walks you through all the components, putting it all together. Instructors ensure you feel comfortable knowing what to do and give real-world examples of times you may need to use CPR.
Just wanted to give a shout out to Lilly, she is very friendly and helpful. She always has a smile when greeting people. She is very knowledgeable when it came to asking a question about cpr/fist aid. Carol Elliott
