I enjoyed the class. He was very through on everything, Very funny guy . loved his personality. he really kept the class up lifter and interested. Great instructor
This company has repeatedly cancelled my class at the very last minute and offers no accommodations. If you like wasting your time then this is the perfect company for you.
I had BLS training with Jeffrey and he was very informative and he had some jokes that made me laugh! hahaha as well as stories that aligned with our training. He's very knowledgeable and nice!

Very well organized and presented. The instructor gave us his own experiences and made the oral presentation interesting with audience participation involvement. Mind you, this class started one hour after I had already worked an eight hour shift so keeping me interested, moreover awake was paramount and he did just that. The practical aspect was quick as this was a refresher course and all equipment was there for us to observe and utilize.
