I have been working with Dr. Shana Franklin for only a few months but she has helped me more than any therapist I have ever seen. My daughter (11 yo) LOVED her therapist and virtual sessions made it so convenient. The organization made administration work clear and easy.
Looking for my daughter 17. Was given a choice of two as the one we were referred to was of course not taking clients. Zero connection with client/therapist. Therapist actually scheduled a full year of appointments unbeknownst to us or a parent. Took 30 minutes to cancel manually. I cannot recommend the service
