We had a wonderful experience with Light on Anxiety. The team was kind, supportive, and really helped my son. Cameron Wyant taught him tools that he can use anytime, anywhere. We’re so grateful for the positive changes we’ve seen and highly recommend them!
Light on anxiety is AMAZING!!! I have been to so many different places in search of the best therapy and none have been as amazing as light on anxiety. I absolutely love Grace and Alexis and highly recommend them they are so sweet and helpful and have truly changed my life for the better!!!
Parent Coaching - as a soon to be divorced dad I found the suggestion a bit odd. Amanda, my therapist, improved my relationship with my children when I thought it didn't need improving. Alexis Cohen is the best therapist ever!!!!!!! She is amazing. I would definitely recommend this practice and her to anyone. I struggled with a bunch of issues, especially the fear of vomit but Alexis helped me overcome it!!! I can’t thank her enough. Go see her, she’s the greatest :)
The best! After suffering from anxiety for most of my life I decided to try therapy. This has been the best decision I have made in regards to my mental health.
