Two members of my family have seen different providers from this practice. It has been a game changer! One has reached a point of having their anxiety under control and has the skills to navigate knowing if ever needed, return visits are always an option. My other family member has been going for a year. Considering where our family member was in their mental wellness and seeing that family member doing so much better and using the skills has brought such comfort. I believe it saved a life. Light on anxiety is AMAZING!!! I have been to so many different places in search of the best therapy and none have been as amazing as light on anxiety. I absolutely love Grace and Alexis and highly recommend them they are so sweet and helpful and have truly changed my life for the better!!!
