There are a wide range of issues here, but the worst is Mary Grace Casillo of the billing. completely wrong and unethical to harass mental health patients and try to trick them. Our out of pocket max was exceeded and she is now calling and shouting at me telling me that the monthly wasn’t met and other nonsense. Unreal. The 30 day in house program was transforming. It literally saved my life. The reason it didn’t get 5 stars is because TWICE now I have been billed for services I never participated in. Several months ago I received a bill for an extra day’s stay when I have a signed contract clearly stating I was there for 30 days and 30 days only. This is a follow up to my previous review from two weeks ago. I was contacted by the billing department and VP of Lightfully. Apparently I did stay an extra day which I wasn't contracted for. It was an error on Lightfully's part. They addressed it right away. They took care of the balance and promised not to bill me again. I'm very pleased with the result. I can whole heartedly recommend Lightfully.
My husband was in the PHP/IOP program here. Came home addicted to THC. Therapist sat there while he lied to me, apparently encouraged marijuana use. Was discharged with absolutely no guidance or paperwork. Can home worse off than when he arrived. Had a situation shortly after discharge and I didn't know how to handle it because there wasn't any discharge session and literally not a single piece of paperwork.
