Incredibly disappointed in programming. The staff is generally untrained, underprepared, and seemingly overworked. Many groups we all sat there are watched ted talk videos or pre recorded meditations while the group leader seemingly did something else. I spent about a week at lightfully and only saw my therapist for an intake session. In the virtual program you only see your therapist for 45 minutes per week, which is unusually low contact for a PHP program. I have found the services at Lightfully to be incredible and the clinical outcomes of the progress the clients have made while in treatment are amazing. It is great to see more clients gain their stability back and go on to the next stages of growth.
