Completely mislead us on when our son would get resources after diagnosis. We were never told that it could take 3+ years for him to get help. Through out the whole process, not once did they mention this. Instead, they painted a picture of my son receiving resources quickly - which everyone involved knew that wasn't true, except us. To be clear, this problem is more to due with Kim Ray, the Intake Coordinator. The people inside the center were all very nice through the evaluation process.
