You be ashamed of yourself for allowing a little 4yr old child who is nonverbal go over 8HOURS without anything to drink in the dead heat of summer ! Absolutely disgusting! What's even more disgusting is you avoiding the mother of said child with her concerns and refusing to own your negligence. To top it off, your rbt are LYING because they know what they did was wrong and are trying to cover it up! **if anyone is considering this place for their child, AVOID AT ALL COSTS**
Two weeks almost into this program, and so far it is meeting and exceeding our expectations! We've seen the hard work of their dedicated, talented and friendly staff! This is not exaggerating, they are all that and more.
