Lighthouse is the most toxic work environment I have ever been a part of. Youre supposed to get a seven minute break but you dont actually ever get to take those breaks. You have to call for someone to come watch your kids multiple times on a walkie-talkie, but nobody ever comes just so you can go to the bathroom . So try not to drink much or stay hydrated throughout the day because youre not gonna be able to go to the bathroom. Lighthouse Autism Center had the absolute worse training I have ever experienced in all my years working. They dont care about PT workers nor do they care about our black female workers. I was employed for over 90 days without CPI or CPR training, 6/2/23 I was bitten. I made a report to clinical director about my concern overall about safety and anxiety and as terminated.
