My son just graduated from lighthouse. A lot of mixed emotions I have to say. When you decide to start ABA therapy for your child, you really want your child to be done with it as soon as possible so that he/she can do the things that his/her neurotypical peers are doing. This is true in every perspective, however, if you happened to find a group of people like we did at the lighthouse, even being done with ABA therapy might make you sad. My youngest P has learned so much and has come so far in the last 4 months. He loves everyone there ! I’m so grateful I found them. 🩷
