would never send my child here again. Staff is not equipped to handle children with DOCUMENTED self injurious behavior. They will call DCS for every bump scrape or bruise. They also will send your child home with unexplained bruises. This place needs to be shut down and shut down immediately. They will notify you a half hour before therapy that they have no therapist for your child that day. Also, they switch out therapists frequently causing more behaviors in your child. HORRIBLE!
Lighthouse Richmond provides a safe and fun learning environment for all the kiddos who attend! The staff there are very kind and compassionate. I highly recommend this facility.
