Stay away from this practice. Dr. Lilliana Aponte-Yap was over 20 minutes late to my first Zoom appointment and did not show up at all for the second. The office is very disorganized, and communication was unprofessional. Despite three calls, five messages, and five refill requests through the portal, my medication refills were not handled in a timely manner. This caused unnecessary stress and disruption to my care. I cannot recommend these services.
My experience today was horrible...I suffer from SEVERE OANIC N ANXIETY ATTACKS N THE DR. I HAD DID NOT WANT TO HELP...SHE SAID SHE WOYLD HAVE ANOTHER PSYCHIATRIST CALL ME TO HELP WITH MY MENTAL PROBLEMS AND THAT WAS AT 145...STILL WAITING!!!

The application is very easy to use, schedule and reschedule appointments, the staff is very helpful 👍 Dr. Aponte is very supportive and gives excellent advice
