I have the most understanding psychiatrist anyone could ever wish to have. Truly! She genuinely cares about my well being which is hard to find. She has a masters in psychiatry and I am so very grateful for the help she has provided me so far. I can feel and see the changes within. We’ve only met together 3 times so far, and I’m looking forward to growing that much more with my Dr. Rachel Jenkins. Thank you!!!
Rachel Jenkins-Lloyd is the best practitioner I’ve had and I’ve experienced quite a few. She listened, asks good questions, explains things SO well. I’ve learned so much about the med options I need and she’s helped make sense of my situation. She does telehealth which is SO convenient and easy.
The healthcare professional assisting me was very knowledgeable and knew the right questions to ask to help me with my care. Easy to communicate with and work with. Thank you Rachel Jenkins-Lloyd. I have been very happy with the organized manner that they handle everything. I love Rachel my clinician, she is a great fit for me, and I am feeling much better!
Reception staff is friendly, the building is clean, modern, and well kept. And Lin Clark is so friendly, relatable, smart and helpful! She asked good questions to get to know me and she listened to my responses. I felt that she genuinely cares and wants to help get my mental health back on track after having my baby recently.
