I like this place I've been here for many years but ever since APERTO ownership took Over the price has rocketed Up by the hundreds.Office staff is nice,is not their fault that They remodel the apts by Painting Outside,but nothing Inside and they fixed the porches when they were fine to begin not sure why they added more support when theres more Important Re-construction that can be done🤦🏻♂️WE NEED RENT CONTROL IN VACAVILLE To stop Owners like these taking Advantage of us residents that live in these Apts. Management is racist. All the Mexican that live here get there apartments fixed up all nice while every other race (African American, white, etc) get the short end of the stick. Create a better environment for people to live where everyone is EQUAL instead of catering to just your race.
