I like this place I've been here for many years but ever since APERTO ownership took Over the price has rocketed Up by the hundreds. They remodel the apts by Painting,but nothing Inside and fixed the porches when they were fine to begin not sure why they added more support when theres more Important Re-construction that needs to be done🤦🏻‍♂️WE NEED RENT CONTROL IN VACAVILLE To stop Owners like these taking Advantage of us residents that live in these Apts. This place is sad, it was a white lady and her son who managed the place. The son had a predominant confederate flag in the window of their apartment so everyone can see it. They were biased towards everybody. Now there’s a Mexican person running the place and they are biased against anyone who is not Mexican.

Management is racist. All the Mexican that live here get there apartments fixed up all nice while every other race (African American, white, etc) get the short end of the stick. Create a better environment for people to live where everyone is EQUAL instead of catering to just your race.

If you could give no stars I would!!! The absolute worst apartment complex ever ! So racist against anyone not Hispanic. I barely got anything fixed in the 8 years I lived there!! DO NOT , live here ! SLUMLORDS!!!!
