Honestly I have lived here for a bit under a year, but I have loved it so far! It is a good amount of space for the cost, location is great, and I haven’t had any major apartment maintenance issues ever arise. This apartment complex also is very transparent and communicates well when any situation appears. I’ve had great talks with other residents as well living here, which is not the apartment itself, but if you want nice neighbors then you’ll have them here. Living at Liberty House has been a comfortable experience! Now an opportunity to transition to Lincoln Pointe with a garage has opened up and the whole process to move couldn't have been smoother! Caleb the office manager has gone above and beyond to get me and my family moved in! Everything about this complex from management to office staff and reaching the maintenance team has been amazing! I couldn't ask for a better place to call home!
I did not tour this location, I toured their Allston Pointe location. I did not end up renting a unit as I had to put my apartment search on hold for personal reasons. The stay was amazing! I toured with the leasing agent Mia who was very knowledgeable and quick to handle all my needs. Emily is the assistant manager and Caleb is the property manager. Lived here for 1.5 years and at this point I’m unlikely to renew. Freight Elevator in the garage is frequently broken which is a pain when I need to do grocery shopping and living on a high floor. Hallways smell like weed. Children are very noisy going down the halls on a regular basis. Rent increased 9% at my renewal 6 months ago and it’s not worth what I’m paying now.
