Millie & Casper truly love visiting Lincoln Vets. From the friendly staff who greet you to the caring experienced vets, it takes the angst out of their day (that includes a 7 hour round trip by car). Its even better that they can stay for a few hours free of charge while mum does a whirlwind dash around Port Lincoln for shopping and appointments. A purrrfect place looking after the precious furry kids. ❤️
We had an emergency situation with our cavoodle puppy. They responded very quickly and the vet Sam was lovely, very efficient and honest explained everything very clearly. The aftercare and backup phone messages were really appreciated. Another visit a few days later with some concerns with met with vet Annie who was also very professional and she did everything she could to ease our concerns. Really thankful for such good service, highly recommend.
Natascha and the whole team were amazing. The were able to offer so comfort on a difficult situation and very caring and supportive of the whole family. We have been coming to Lincoln Vets since living in Lincoln for all our pets - from annual health check, new puppies and puppy school, to the times we need to say goodbye. Amazing tea and amazing people. Couldn’t recommend enough!
Thank you to the girl who was behind the counter and came out to stop 3 young children(the mother was busy at the counter with another worker) from approaching my reactive rescue as I came in the front door. She got to the children to sit in their seats and asked them to be very quiet because this dog was scared of being at the vets. Much appreciated and grateful.
Our dog Kira developed Gastro after being in a boarding kennel for her first time. Vets, Rowena and Claudia were absolutely fantastic. Detailed in their examination and explanation of what they thought was going on with Kira. Even a follow up phone call to see how Kira was going the next day. Very much appreciated the wonderful service when we worry so much about our fur babies. Thank you Lincoln Veterinary Clinic.
