I pay 1k a month for a roach infested apartment that is absolutely disgusting. It started after the upstairs apartment flooded my kitchen and bathroom and Fairlawn left me with dirty water flowing into my kitchen and bathroom for over 15 hours before fixing. They haven’t even offered to move my fiance and I to a different apartment until they fix the roach infestation that has been going on for 2 months now because they won’t do anything about it. Lived here nearly a year now and my experience has been great. Communicating with the management office is pretty easy and they are very helpful. The maintenance workers are so kind, respectful and professional! This is a great spot to live, most shopping centers and restaurants aren’t more than 10 minutes away! And we’ve been able to have our (quite large) dog be welcomed here! It can be hard to find large-pet friendly places in town, I’m so glad we did!
Fairlawns has been really kind! They helped with my first apartment, I was unsure about what I may need Katie was very kind and helped explain everything. I was offered a chance to move in early to my second place also through them and she explained everything and even how much I would owe for rent by breaking down the fees! Any repair requests have been down swiftly and everyone has been so kind and amazing!
After an unfortunate situation where I drove in town 3 hrs to see an apt, that they were unable to show me, I returned the next day to talk options. I spoke with Adrienne from the Nantucket Cove property and she was much more sympathetic, and put in effort to find a solution for the inconvenience. I don't want to write off the property because I understand getting busy and that things come up, keeping your word and calling back when you say you will especially when someone is traveling to visit your property is huge.
