Lisa has helped and continues to help me work through many challenges, some from long ago (including anxiety, motherhood, etc). I've gained coping tools and a deeper understanding of myself. Lisa has a way of listening and helping me feel seen and heard, reminding me I am not alone. She's been a steady and encouraging presence in my journey and I am very thankful to have her!

She is everything I needed then and now as my family life takes on different challenges. Lisa is very professional, kind, and understanding and always keeps me on track . **Unprofessional and Ineffective** I wish I could say my experience with Lisa Blaeser was even marginally helpful, but unfortunately, it was the opposite. Sessions often felt like talking into an abyss—minimal engagement, little meaningful feedback, and zero sense of progress. Worse, her approach was at times unprofessional and inappropriate, leaving me questioning her judgment.
