After a miserable experience with BetterHelp (recommended by relatives) LifeStance was a welcome and seamless pathway to therapy. Where BH refused to communicate via telephone LifeStance was very accommodating and easy to navigate. And Lisa O’Dell made my introduction to therapy non-judgmental or scary. I’m looking forward to my next visit with her.
