LifeStance is a great resource for anyone looking for a counselor or psychiatrist. Their online services are great, I love the fact that I don’t have to waste time driving to and from offices. My current therapist is someone I look forward to making a connection with. It’s an important part of therapy. I’ve only had one therapist not show up to our appointment.
