Was referred to Dr. Lisa E. Snyder at OSF for headache and migraine management. I was given injections for my symptoms and was told I wouldn't have to worry about side effects. After my appointment I had a 3 week long headache, and am still having pain in some areas of my scalp. I called the office and was rudely brushed off by a nurse and was told I could not speak to Dr. Snyder until January. Unacceptable behavior, and as a healthcare worker myself it is extremely disheartening.
