Started charging fees. The only way you can avoid it is to open a credit card. They never respond to inquiries. Will not get back to you. The atms always reject your money. Just like other banks in America, extremely predatory. The fact that you can be charged an overdraft fee up to 6 times a day for the smallest amount should be absolutely illegal. Just another way this country keeps the poor and struggling poorer.
Just tried to get money out of my account, but I didn't have my wallet on me. This has never been an issue before. Typically I'm able to use my personal information to do so. The dark-haired lady working at the College St location barely said anything when I rolled up to the speaker, then acted super annoyed when I asked if she could hear me. I stopped by today to make a quick car payment. The drive thru lines were long so I was going to go inside to make the payment. The inside of the bank is closed. Open for appointment only. I'm not sure the reasoning of this, but it is definitely an inconvenience. I just went up the street to a different location.
I’m not happy about the new maintenance fee I have to pay every month. And charging multiple overdraft fees in the same day should be a crime.
I went to the ATM to make a withdrawal and the ATM didn't give my money,and then the screen displayed out of service, this was a Saturday. The following Monday I went to file a discrepancy&the teller at 9:05a.m. sent me to another branch went to Petersville branch, did report&I still couldn't get my money. The teller there told me I have to wait for college street audit/accounting to call me. Well they haven't called me to this day WEDNESDAY& WAITING.I'm very upset!!!
