I'm not sure I've ever done a google review before so this should give some insight on how I feel about this particular situation. Alright, so I went to the University of North Alabama and had an account with Listerhill as they are, or at least were, heavily involved with the university. Very easy to work with. Enjoyed my experience with them. Then, I graduated, moved away and started my life. I have been a member of Listerhill Credit Union for 20 years! I've never had any issues or problems. They've actually been a breath of fresh air after dealing with other banks and financial institutions prior to opening accounts at Listerhill. I now have opened my daughter's savings account here as well and have our car loan through them I've always received excellent customer service, whether at one of the locations or over the phone. I'm satisfied and would recommend.
Stole $200 and deposited it in a random account to pay their negative balance without my consent and wouldn’t give my money back. Even after I told them I have college bills to pay before the end of the month. 0/10 It’s not my fault your bank gets hacked every other year. It’s my money that I earned please leave me alone.
Worst bank I have ever dealt with! People are friendly but the service is awful! The app never works, always has an error message. I work on tips and every night I go to deposit my tips at the atm and 85% of the time I get an error message. And when I call card services all they tell me is that my account is fine and I shouldn't be receiving the error message but I never get a solution. I will be leaving this bank for good on Monday. I hear bank independent works great. See ya listerhill.
Heather at the Cloverdale location got us a checking account in less than 30 minutes and was so nice and helpful!!!
