I work at a competing CU. My CU/employer is about the size of Listerhill but they took a bit too long to give me the approval I needed on a time crunch. We went in to the Listerhill in Haleyville; we were approved, booked/funded within an hour. My kids were acting absolutely insane that day and the manager was completely understanding and patient. He didn’t bat an eye. Everyone we interacted with was super nice and efficient!
Honestly some of the best service I’ve had anywhere. I moved Six hours away from the closest branch and I still bank with them. They’ve been able to handle all of my needs over the phone perfectly.
I have been with Listerhill Credit Union for over 15 years and I do not have a bad thing to say about them. In my book they are great people to work with and to do business with a big thumbs up
I miss the ease of the drive-thru. I was accustomed to leaving the business transactions with them at the window.
Call a month ago to get help with mortgage and never heard back called them today was on the phone for 25 min to get nothing wow I put a lot of money through this bank and this is how I'm treated like I'm not important just wow
