I just want to say thank you to Miss Lainey Roberts. I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with her today about my car loan and she got me out of a crappy car loan lending service by refinancing my car through Listerhill and she went above and beyond to help me and did it so fast, explained everything fully and didn’t hesitate to repeat things if I needed her to say it again. Laney Roberts has helped us out tremendously going above and beyond to help resolve issues with a different credit union. We are always treated like family at the muscle shoals location!
I had an account that was open since 1975. There wasn't much in and I was in MSc so I decided to update my information and start putting real money into the account. I walked into the branch and they told me they had implemented maintenance fees and inactive account fees several years ago and automatically closed my account. What a shame. Thankfully USAA and Navy Federal do not charge these sorts of fees. I wouldn't use Listerhill Credit Union for anything unless I stopped to ask for directions to a better bank. Shame on... read more
