This "bank" has a "mission" to help members but it seems like their primary mission is to play games and collect fees. Pre-approved me for 22k auto loan and then declined it three weeks later when I got the car. Banked with them for over a decade, they won't approve you for any sort of loan without a pristine 680 credit score. Will string you along for days or hours before revealing this to you. I just want to say thank you to Miss Lainey Roberts. I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with her today about my car loan and she got me out of a crappy car loan lending service by refinancing my car through Listerhill and she went above and beyond to help me and did it so fast, explained everything fully and didn’t hesitate to repeat things if I needed her to say it again. I had an account that was open since 1975. There wasn't much in and I was in MSc so I decided to update my information and start putting real money into the account. I walked into the branch and they told me they had implemented maintenance fees and inactive account fees several years ago and automatically closed my account. What a shame. Thankfully USAA and Navy Federal do not charge these sorts of fees. I wouldn't use Listerhill Credit Union for anything unless I stopped to ask for directions to a better bank. Shame on... read more
