Rhonda, lady working the drive thru is very rude and hateful. I am considering moving my accounts elsewhere because of this. However, I will say the teller in the lobby was much kinder. I went in to try and pay my car payment and they dont take payments in the lobby or drive thru which is crazy. However, they take payments over the phone which makes no sense and it is very difficult to get someone on the phone.
Fast and friendly service. I've had an account with Listerhill for over 20 years, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
I’d like to give a big shout out to Kim Walker at the Hough Road Branch. She made getting my car loan a breeze! She got my information over the phone and through email. She quickly got me approved and in a matter of an hour or so all I had to do was go pick up the check! She was friendly, responsive to my needs, and got me exactly what I needed. Thanks, Kim!!
This Credit Union is an absolute nightmare to deal with. I went once to transfer money out of wife's business account to pay taxes. Would not complete transaction because they said my name was not on account. What? Visited Hough rd. Branch and the manager said she didn't understand what was going on because it showed up on her computer I was on there and card was on file but teller's computer didn't show up. Our card was stolen. Fraud department was supposed to refund all of the money that was stolen plus the $500+ in "courtesy fees" that were charged for each transaction at $29 a pop (which btw we tried to opt out of a week before and were told we would need to come do it in person... not sure why; probably because it was inconvenient for us to do that since we moved from the area and that's how they make most of their money).
