very good place for living and take care of the people that live there.
Very nice living environment. Staff very friendly and kind and the office manager is excellent.
This the worst place to live. My mother lived there for 20 years. The maintenance hardly fixed anything. All there care about if the rent was paid on time. We complained about the air conditioner that barely worked and only blew air and was rusty that how old they are. Her electric bill was over $500 a month for a 2 bedroom apartment. They replace the one in the living room but NOT the ones in my mom and sister rooms. They had excuses of why it could not be replaced. The carpet was never replaced.
