Fantastic experience for our little Louie's annual checkup. Dr Rou is an excellent veterinarian and she was very gentle and friendly with Louie during his checkup. The doctor took her time examining our little guy and our appointment wasn't rushed. Great experience after the bad experience we had with the last veterinarian. The doctor took her time explaining and answering all our questions. Another plus was not trying to push other unneeded services like the last vet. Every employee was welcoming and made my dog and me feel comfortable and welcome. Both Jaime and Dr. Rew were sensitive to my dog's needs and were very thorough. I felt that all my concerns were heard and addressed.
