This company is horrible. I took care of the paperwork on my end for the US side. The customer takes truck to the border and truck passes inspection. Livingston did not file the paperwork for the Canada side. Livingston failed on their end to do their job. Got a hold of someone and then was bounced to another division and they hung up on me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Do NOT use this company!!! Livingston starts out all warm and fuzzy and then ghosts you. Absolutely no help, no response to emails. Our company had a shipment set in customs for 3 months. We were charged storage $$$$. Tried to get help from Livingston during the 3 months to see why our shipment was still sitting at a terminal. Will get a new Canada-USA broker next time.
