My wife and I were driving a car from California to Alberta The US Boarder Services required us to use a broker to facilitate this transaction. There are a couple of hoops and twists to go through that require the proper expertise. Unfortunately their list of brokers either did not know or wish to deal with us (too small). Livingston is a pleasure to work with. I personally worked with Tim Harlos for our Canadian/US Brokerage and freight accounts for two separate companies. Tim was extremely knowledgeable and walked us through every step. He was very kind and patient being I was new to the scene. Then each department carried the torch the same way. This company is to be commended for their customer service! We've found our long term business partner and we highly recommend their services!
The worst Brokerage firm out there. Call center is rude, unhelpful and wastes our drivers time every trip. Takes hours longer then any other broker to clear. I suggest using any other broker then livingston.
If there was a negative star button I would use it. They are the absolute worst brokerage firm that we work with. All inquiries are directed through a call center who can't actually do anything but send an email to the team. We have drivers sitting at the border regularly waiting to get their paperwork cleared. There is no sense of urgency even when they've had the paperwork for over 24 hrs. The call center just tells you to keep checking the tracker. It is beyond frustrating when trying to deal with them.
